Behind The RT Coach

The RT Coach began from an epiphany. From the gal that brought you The RT Tutor, I am thrilled to bring this training program to you. As a Recreational Therapist, I am motivated by the creative process (APIED) I utilize to help my clients make lifestyles changes in treatment. 

I explored a health and wellness coaching training on a whim, and as I dove in further I realized just how complementary these two field truly are.

Now, I have the distinct privilege of blending my practice as a credentialed Recreational Therapist and Health and Wellness Coach. I am able to support my clients in ways I hadn't been before.
